On top of the world, with the clouds below,
we passed through a cloud to reach heights mo',
the sun shines, however gloomy elsewhere,
atop the mountain bedazzled we stare :)
this is the top of gulmarg it was an extremely foggy day at the bottom but a gondala(cable car) ride through the clouds brought us to this heaven!

A serene beauty and a perfect mirror at most times of the day! We stayed by the dal lake for 2 days and on a house boat on it on 2 more! clearer water is hard to come by! Organised water gardens, almost a slum on water shops lined up like a bazaar, boats floating along with urs selling various merchandise for you to shop till you stop! Dal lake had its own set of ad-we(n)t-ures!!
By the Chenab, ice cold water, strong flow and a slip on the rocks, a dip of toes and foes? :P
